Planning ahead and booking early guarantees you maximum choice and access to the optimal rental. Avoiding last minute bookings can also save you money. Last minute renters invariably have to settle for fewer amenities or a higher price.

• Get booking form.

You do not pay until you have signed off on this. Send this back as soon as you can and if you are paying by bankers draft send that as well.

• Know our cancellation policy.

You will get our cancellation policy in writing as you book. Be prepared to sacrifice at a portion of your deposit should you have to cancel. Be aware we have a non-refundable cancellation policies during peak travel times, such as holidays, in which you could lose your entire deposit.

• Get complete instructions in advance.

Pre-arrival instructions will include details on how to gain entry to the rental. Keys, local phone numbers for the property manager or the owner will be sent to you on booking. Tell us if they don’t arrive and keep them safe to avoid a last minute panic.
