Rental Policy: 50% deposit required to reserve your vacation rental. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and checks.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your expected arrival date, or if you cancel within 60 days and we are able to re-book the unit for the entire time of your original reservation, 80% of the total reservation amount will be refunded. The total amount of payments received will be forfeited if you cancel within 60 days of arrival and we are unable to re-book the home. Major Holiday bookings are non-refundable.

If the home you have rented should become unavailable due to fire, hurricane, sale, or similar event Ski and Beach Homes reserves the right to offer alternative dates of travel or offer a similar or better property if available for your original dates. In these instances, there will not be any cash refunds, not including moneys claimed via travel insurance.

Our Recommendation: We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance through a company such as www.travelguard.com or another similar company for Acts of God and in the event that you are or members of your party are unable to travel because of illness which may cause an interruption or a last minute cancellation of your trip.
